Special Instructions

Mash in with 3.65 gal of 171 deg water for a mash temp of 158 (calculated). Hold for 1 hr.

Recirculate for 15 minutes (vorlauf), then begin draining to boil kettle.

When water level falls to within 1-2" of the grain bed, begin sparge using 5.2 gal of 175 deg water for a total boil volume of 7.2 gal.
