Notes:

Very good pale ale. Bit of haze with the color, but looks good in a glass with a nice amount of head and carbonation. Aroma smells lightly malty with a hint of the dry hop from citra and cascade. Smooth and drinkable on the palate with a nice citrus overtone, alcohol not present, and slight bitterness on the back. If doing again, would be sure to use treated water (not hose) and mash stabilizer. Would also change hop schedule to use late kettle addition rather than dry hops to avoid a slight grassy note that is present.
