Notes:

I apparently didn't do a brew session for this one and the batch is already gone. This was excellent. Everyone who tried it was a fan. I would probably tame down the caramel from a 90 to a 60 as it was a bit dark for a pilsner. Flavor was dead on and the Novalager yeast definitely lived up to expectations. I didn't use Whirlfloc with it, and it did haze when cold, so would add that in the next batch.
