Belgian Wit Beer, one of my favorite styles, this is as pretty basic recipe that yields a very light colored and flavorful beer that has the classic flavor profile. I used Mangrove Jack Belgian Wit dry yeast, this is my first time trying this yeast so I'm interested in how it turns out. I've typically used liquid yeast for this style.
