Picked up 5 gallons of wort from Alliteration Ales on 4/7 and brought home to pitch yeast. Allowed the magic to happen for 10 days, then dry hopped for 5 days before packaging. No idea about the mash temp or timing of boil hop addition. Info received in advance was: 74.4% Pilsner 21.5% White Wheat 4.1% Victory 13.5 IBUs Centennial @ 60 min 13.2 IBUs Motueka @ 15 min 1.061 starting gravity Kegged on 4/21. FG of 1.011 for ABV ~6.5%.
