2.Mashout at 168 for 10 min.
3.Boil for 90 min. 3 oz perle hops at 60 min.
4.Yeast Nutrient and carageen at 10 min.
5.3 packs of yeast or yeast cake. Ferment at 55F for 10-14 days. 2-3 days diacetyl rest. Lager for 4-6 weeks.
