9.March 07/23 545PM: Laser beer at 14.3C, FC up to 16C.
10.March 08/23 630AM: Laser beer at 16.1C, FC up to 18C.
11.March 08/23 10PM: FC up to 20C.
12.March 13/23 630AM: FC down to 10C to cool.
13.Apr 07/23: Bottling day! 5oz dextrose to 19.5L at 20C for 2.63 volumes.
