Special Instructions

Mash at 80?C for 30 minutes. Initial water temperature at 83?C. Water for grain washing at 80?C, 4 liters.
2.
Boil for 30 minutes, starting with the addition of maltodextrin. Whirfloc (clarity ferm) 20 minutes away. Herkules at 5 minutes and Cascade after minutes at 80?C.
