Bring 4gal water to boil
2.
Add 1c at a time of DME off burner and return to boil
3.
Add corn sugar
4.
Add 1.5oz Cascade Hops and Boil for 60min
5.
Add 1tsp Irish Moss with 15 minutes remaining
6.
Add 0.5oz Cascade with 10 minutes remaining
7.
Add 1oz Kent Goldings with 5 min remaining
8.
Cool below 80 degrees F
9.
Re-hydrate SafeAle 04 and pitch yeast
