72 degrees today. Likely one of the last warm days of the year. Great day for a brew.I've spent some time tweaking the last session to better match my gear. Hopefully I won't have 8 gallons of wort to boil down this time! Also adjusting for the 1.78 gallons of dead space in the mash tun. Adding that to the mash water calculated to be 2.99 gallons and subtracting that from the sparge water which is 4.45 gallons. So we have 4.77 gallons of mash water and 2.67 gallons of sparge water.The ...
