Water base PH: 7.54. Added 3 ml phosphoric acid to bring to 6.65

Add 2 tsp calcium carbonate to mash water

Mash Water = 28.4 Litres
4.
Strike temp: 170F / grain temp 21 / 70F
5.
Target: 154 F / @ 60 mins
6.
Mash start temp: 154F
7.
Mash end temperature 144F
8.
Mash out 158 F
9.
Sparge temp 180 F
10.
Sparge 31.4 Litres of 180 F (80% of target boil)
11.
First Runnings: 17 brix
12.
Total runoff (boil kettle): 46.18
13.
Add whirlfloc tablet 10 mins before knockoff
14.
add 10 tsp yeast nutrient 10 minutes before end of knockoff
15.
Final running 13 brix.
16.
OSG: 1.052
17.
Racked and dry hopped 7 days later Critra and Zamba

Final gravity 1.012
