2.Batch sparge 168 to 170: Heat remaining water to 170. Add 5.22 gal. water to tun. Wait 10 minutes. Vorlauf. Drain.
3.75 minute boil: Run-off volume should be 7.45 gallon. Bring to a full boil for 15 minutes.
4.Set timer for 45 minutes. Add the first hops.
5.When timer goes off, add cooling coil, hops and Irish moss. Set timer for 15 minutes.
