Mash low, 147F. Add pumpkin spice at 5 min. brewed on 08/21/2022. mo and cara45 had weevels, need to use up MO. 6.25 gal AW CT. Mash 147 for 75. mash out neat 170f 10 min. 1 batch sparge at 4G RO plus 1.5g of Cacl. rice hulls help mash. likely use 1lb in 17lb batch in future to make wort very fluid. boil rate is very slow. likely added 8.25, boiled down to about 6.9G after wort shrinkage.
