Couldn't get a good weight reading for the Cardamom so i ended up using about 8 - 10 pods, cracked.Used a whole can of apricots at flame out.Took the kettle off the stove and put in cold water before realising I hadn't added the apricots, so I took it out and put it back on to heat up. So the late boil hops and cardamom were boiling for probably about 20 - 30 mins in total.
