Crushable ESB. Three of us (with some help) drank almost half at Colleen's end of year school party.

Notes:

racked to keg. not well flockulated so strained through filter in funnel while transferring. FG calculated on Pete Drinks was 1.013 giving an ABV% of 5.38% (Not That Anybody Cares). tastes pretty good. happy with outcome so far. purged with CO2 and put in fridge to cold crash.

brewday 4/25/22 mash in at 153F. didn't stir. temp at 149F after an hour. (playing with hop vines at dad's) . 6.5G into kettle. 5.25 G into primary. OG 1.053. If FG is 1.01 then ABV will be 5.91%. (NTAC).
