Mar 03/22: Mashed in with 14.13L, 5ml lactic acid, 2.5 each CaSO4 and CaCl2

Hit 67.5C, 45 minute mash.

Sparged with 20.45L, 5ml lactic acid, 3g each CaSO4 and CaCl2

54C mashbed plus 83C water. Added 1.5oz rice hulls. Hit 71C, 20 minute timer.

Mar 12/22 12:30pm: Pitched into 23c wort. FC set to 20C.
6.
Mar 13/22 12pm: No activity yet, FC up to 22C.
7.
Mar 14/22 7am: FC up to 24C. A bit of krausen activity.
8.
Mar 14/22 430pm: FC up to 26C. Baby krausen.
9.
Mar 18/22 8am: Laser at 24.5C. FC up to 26C, split heat blanket with Ghosto.
10.
Mar 23/22 930pm: Brought carboy into basement to begin cooling.
11.
Apr 10/22: Bottling day! 20.5L at 26C with 6.23oz dextrose for 2.85 volumes.
