Special Instructions

Make 3 liter starter from slurry or 1 vial

Add yeast nutrient to boil @ 10 min before end
3.
Plenty of pure oxygen
4.
Pitch yeast within 3 C of wort temperature (8 - 16 C)
5.
Ferment at 10 - 11 C for 16-21 days and 2 days @ room temperature
6.
Lager for 4 weeks as cold as possible
