Special Instructions

Mash at 152F with 5.5 gallon oh H20 (water brought to 160F), When grains added what came down to 152F, Mashed for 1 hour and 20 min

Added 1 gallon of sparge water to mash out

Recirculated after mash with Pump for about 10 minutes.

The fly sparged until we had 6.5 gallons in the kettle
5.
Sparged with 3 gallons of H20 at 175F (intially), brought pre-boil volume up to 7 gallons (risky)
