Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Mash in with 15L at 66C for 60 mins
2.
Mash out at 76C for 10 mins
3.
Fly sparge around 15l at 76C
4.
Boil vigorous for 90 mins add first hop addition
5.
Whirlpool for 15 mins and add second hop addistion and whirlfloc
6.
Cool, move to fermenter, pitch yeast at 15C
7.
Add dry hop after 7 days, for 3 days
8.
Remove fist dry hop and add second for another 3 days
9.
Rack to keg after 14 days
