pre-boil brix=9.2Ended up boiling for 2 hours to reach ~2.2galLeft kettle to cool down naturally for around 2 hours while I went to a movie.Transferred from fermenter to mash tun pre-filled with priming syrup, then filled with 3/8" bottling wand. Left too much headspace and ended up with acetylaldehye flavour.
