Started at 3pm - CleaningMashed with 4.5 L - Water placed in Tun at 80C - next time heat to 75 max and cool in tun before mashing in.Grain mashed in at 68C - Temp dropped to 62 so topped up with about 300ml of boiled waterSparged with 4 L WaterAfter sparge - too much wort for pan. Filled to 7c mark on thermometer from top of pan - check volume later with water and jug.Started heating to boil temp at 17.43Rolling boil at 18:01 - 18 min boil time.5g Citra added after hot break - almost foamed ...
