Brewed Sun. Evening. 1st 1.087, 1.030 2nd, 1.018 3rd, 1.013 last Mon AM, fermentation began vigorously within 12 hours @ 72F. moved to basement @ upper 60's F Monday Evening. Rapid fermentation through Wed. evening. Slowed Thursday morning. Avg. temp during fermentation around 70.

Notes:

Sampled while taking sg reading. At 1.006 for about 6.04 abv. Great citrus flavor, mild bitterness with some maltiness hanging on. Head g toward nice, well balanced pale ale.
