First AG batch. Strike temp was right but mash temp was too low. Added water to bring up temp but still holding pretty low at around 147-149. Did a 90 min mash to ensure conversion. Post-boil volume was a bit lower than hoped. Next time start with ~7.5 gal pre-boil. OG was a bit lower than expected at 1.051 (target 1.056). Pitched with US-05 (dry) at 58 degrees. Fermentation fridge set to 64.
