- Topped Mash water up to about 5l
- Mashed at 67C (digital and mercury thermometers were out, used mercury one in pot)
- Kept sparging until I had 5l in the pot
- Dry hopped 5 days in (Sun 11th), 12.5g Southern Passion in each fermenter (4.5 litres each)
- Bottled on 17 Dec (new fermenter 4.6bx - pink sticker, old 5.1bx).
- 16x 440ml, 1 x 340ml, 1 x 440ml mixed dregs (white cap), ½ 330ml.
