7.31.16 - I did a slow fly sparge (about 45min) and ended up with a 1.064 OG (targeted 1.067), turned out very efficient. Two 5 gallon batches, one with Bells Two Hearted washed yeast and the other with Safale 05 to taste the difference.
8.17 - kegging the safale yeast batch. Ended at 1.0085.
