Final Brew with Mike ADUSTMENTS: 256g of Crystal instead of 230g No Carahell so we used Caramunich II 3.18pm Started with Mash 5.08 boil and first hop 5.38 second hop 6.08 off boil added final hops before dry hopping Also tried the 'Safale US 05' yeast in this one
