pH was 5.12, so I added 1/4 tsp baking soda to bring it to 5.3
Based on boiling 7.25 gallonsliters at 1.045 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00 gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.051. You wanted an OG of 1.046. It looks like it will be over.
