Excellent aroma, nice mouthfeel, can't pick out the amarillo but the mosaic, falconers flight combo works great.

Hydrometer sample: Great Aroma, no difference in taste between glass carboy and Spiedel plastic fermenter

Notes:

Hydrometer Sample: Little dry, minor alcohol sting on back end. Needs the dry hop to help with aroma. 1/2 fermented in glass carboy other 50% in plastic Spiedel, no distinguishable difference.
