You were planning on an OG of {{RecipeSummary.Og}} so you are right on track. Nice job!

The whirlfloc tablet worked well to clear brew up therefore skipped filtering. Transferred to keg and let beer condition 4 days before taste. Pour had a very nice lasting head with fluffy consistency. Malty with slight nutty aroma. Mouth feel is quite light bodied and carbonation is a bit light but has a nice lasting numbness on the gums. Taste is malty with nutty undertones and a lasting bitterness. I will swap out Northern brewer with the milder Willimate or equivalent next brew. Overall very nice brown ale and plan to brew again
