FITZ

Tasted on 11/26/2015 by FITZ

Notes:

Low abv brew allowed me to shave a few days off the standard 2-week fermentation to finish in time for Thanksgiving. The room temperature was low during conditioning, so I needed to warm the bottles up and kick up the sediment a bit. I was surprised that the beer was actually well carbonated. This has the mouth feel of a light beer but the flavor of a craft beer. It came out a lot clearer than I expected. A malty scent leads into a well-balanced taste, for someone who doesn't like the extreme bitterness of American IPAs. Overall, this beer is easy to drink, but it's no Belhaven.
