Whoa! This is one delicious brew. The head is fine, thick and creamy (I'm sure that's due to the honey as priming sugar.) The color is dark, but clear, not cloudy at all. Very little trub in the bottle bottom. It smells earthy, but not sweet, forward taste is creamy and slightly bitter, with a distinct touch of bitterness as it finishes. I need to be able to duplicate this one.
