lots of trub ended up getting transfered. didnt taste at this time. Dry hop with 1 oz amarillio is still an option.
pulled a sample for hydrometer. hit 1.09 at about 65 degrees. Taste is good. Not bold hop flavor. Maybe add a big dry hop in the keg? Amarillo?
added .5oz amarillo dry hop. No sample taste at this time. Swamp cooler temps have stayed around 64 degrees.
