strike temp 163 mash temp 159.5 - stirred for a few minutes until 158.7 then covered stirred 15 minutes in, temp went down to 157, turned heat on until 159 then covered, at 22 minutes in also covered the kettles more efficiently with the blankets stirred 40 minutes in, temp 158.9 covered
