OG was above plan, (1.054 vs. 1.048). Don't know if it was higher efficiency or inaccurate weight on Pilsner, (more than 9lbs). I may have had extra Pilsner malt, did not weigh the bag, just assumed they sent 9 lbs., but it might have been closer to 10lbs.
