3/22 4.83 HLT 132-133F 150 10' decoction 5.32/1.062-1.063 first 5.38 second 5.71/1.008 final 5.35/1.042 pre 3mL H3PO4@EOB 1.048 O.G. 5.32 post KO@56F Pitched an indeterminate amount of yeast from the isaria lager directly from its carboy, immediately after kegging it. It couldn't have been any less than 500mL. Set controller to 51F, was fermenting less than 18 hours later.
