Apparently I took no notes. This beer was much like the previous versions of it I have brewed. Sometimes it came across as being too clean. Maybe with additional lagering time, I would've been able to better discern the ingredients, but as it was, it was delicious and thirst quenching. Lots of saaz, but was surprised by the lack of malt flavor, given the FM bo pils and decoction. I absolutely wouldn't rule out using the malt again for this beer, but I think I may have preferred the Moravian stuff.
