2/1 4.93 HLT 135 p 150-152 s 5.20/1.063 first 5.32 second 5.59/1.008-1.009 final 5.27/1.038-1.039 pre KO@56-57F *5mL H3PO4@EOB 1.045-1.046 OG/5.22 post-boil Pitched 600-700mL Bayern from pils. Set controller to 56F. Bumped down to 52F 18 hours later when it had krausen. 2/8@1.014-1.015@56F. Wrapping up, tasting good. Will likely keg this weekend. 2/11@1.010@57F. Didn't take any proper notes. This beer was pretty much identical outside some of shifts in hop character. Delicious and crushable.
