Sooper easy brew. Nice KO temps. Will set temp controller on it tomorrow.

10/30@1.012--kegged w dry hops
Dole fruit cup. Pineapple juice. Juicy and languid on the tongue, a big smattering of ripe fruit, papaya, peaches, maybe a bit of pear. Malt is sweet with lightly toasty notes, propping up the fruit platter the Strata serves up. Bitterness is restrained and smooth, certainly not the 60 IBU calculated. Medium-bodied, with a fairly clean finish.
I'm sure this is a good accent hop. I certainly wasn't light-handed with it, and it was fairly generic, in a modern, tropical fruit sense. I don't get much in the way of cannabis, which I was hoping would be as distinct as advertised.
