- OG was going to be low ~10 pts, so I added 1 lb of DME to the boil at 15 minutes left. - raised temp from 53 to 63F for diacetyl rest; krausen has started to fall; current gravity 1.022 - 8/8/21 transferred to bucket, started lagering FG 1.009 - added dry hops
