7/16 132F p 152 s 4.66pH HLT 5.16/1.059 first 5.30 second 5.55/1.009 final 5.20/1.039 pre *3mL H3PO4@EOB 1.047 O.G., 5.17 post KO'd@72F Set temp controller to 52, and pitched 4 hours after KO, when FV hit 57F. Smooth and easy brew, efficiency should stay at 72%, I had to switch out a propane tank toward the the end of boil, and boiled a bit hard for bit.
