malte de aveia nao veio moido, caiu mto a OG espearada!... em 10 litros ficou em 1.073, era pra ser 1.087. Ou seja para 13 litros, dissolvido, ficou em 1.057 e deveria ser 1.067!! dia 29/06 - temp up para 21C dia 04/07 - add dry hopping dias 06 a 08 - observado hop creep dia 09/07 - cold crash dia 11/07 - envase com 0,4g de metabissulfito de sodio (OBS AROMAS NAO PARECIAM MTO INTENSOS, TALVEZ PQ EU DEIXEI OS PACOTES DE LUPULOS JA COMECADOS/ABERTO NA GELADEIRA E NAO NO FREEZER!!!) Fg 1.026 ou seja 1.008 --> AJUSTAR MASH TEMP PARA 68 OU (ATE 69C mas acho q melhor 68C) Abv 6.5 obs: rendeu uns 11 litros, e encheu ateh o topo o barril largo. Deu RUIM pq o tubo "pescador" de gas estava em contato com a cerveja e logo no inicio da carbonatacao a cerveja entrou pela conexao de gas (e foi ate o outro barril com a double ipa). uma MERDA!
