toasted hemp seeds in a hot dry skillett. turned down to medium after a couple minutes but it was too hot and seed got a little scorched. did another batch and toasted starting with skillett at medium for 10 minutes.

Notes:

This sat in the primary until today. when I opened it, it had spoiled. possible sources of contamination were that I stole a sample a couple weeks ago, and I did not purge with CO2,,, but more likely, I think is that the airlock dried out too much and let air into the fermentor. Poured it out and will start over.
