Easy brew, set temp controller to 53F.
6/3 Took a good minute to start fermenting, over 48 hours later. Hopefully there aren't any issues. I let the FV warm up to 60F -ish before it finally got rolling. Lowered the temp down to 52F. I was very close to pitching some 34/70 in.

7/5/21 Straw gold with fluffy white foam. Sweet summer blossoms and soft citrus aromas. Firm bitterness, while the hops lean more herbal on the palate. Crisp dry finish.
