Double batch separated mash with tkauf for joint boil. Used yeast from axe batch kegged day before. got low efficiency for some reason, probably due to lack of experience splitting batch and using mixed equipment. Had difficulties at end with chiller clogging requiring hand transfer to separate smaller pot with bazooka screen. Attempted to package this after 14 days fermenting, but was still cleaning up and only down to 1.011. Racked to secondary and gave another week for 21 total days fermenting.
