Pretty easy brew. Thought I had enough water in my mashtun during the end of the lauter, but started pulling a bunch of grain right at the end. Topped up the BK with maybe 16oz HLT water.

11/25--Straw gold, moderate haze, dense tight white foam. Cantaloupe, sweet pineapple, fresh grass aromas. Sweet malt, citrus peel, moderate bitterness. Medium-light body. Clean finish with a slight minerality.
