strike water 8l sparge water 6l 4-out dia seguinte apresentava atividade de saida de CO2, mas pouco krausen. Foi adicionado aprox 5g de Amarillo (biotransf?) 7-out foi adicionado o dry hopping. Pouca/nenhuma atividade de CO2. 9-out colocado em cold crash. Aromas bons de frutas tropicais (manga, mamao), Nao peguei mto citricos. 10/out add gelatina (13h) Abv 4,9% atenuou um pouco menos que o esperado
