First brew in the Johnston house! Pretending its fall even though it is 88F outside. Brewing in the kitchen. 'Rona beer series #1. May have put too much water in the mash tun. Gear probably too big for a 1 gal batch. Had to turn off the burner with ~35min left in boil due to carbon monoxide warning. Cooling in the freezer.
