using 18 oz fresh hops (cascade, columbus, centennial). About half at 35 min, the other half hopstand. Only 4.5 gallons to fermenter at 1.048. Tried batch sparging but don't know what aI'm doing yet. The brew bag got stuck in out spiigot
9/23/2020 - mov to secondary. 1.012 gravity whiich will male this about 4.7% abv. Also added about 2 oz dry hops Cascade/Centennial mix from jars. Quite messy to dump from packed jar into hops bag - use a fork or knife to break it up next time.
