5.50pm Mash Starts Ended up running to 6.00pm due to gas running out. 9.40 boil start 9.50 first hops 10.40 final boil hops Dry hop Thursday 23 July at night Dry hop in Keg on Day 7 or 8, Monday 27th/28th Make sure fermentation is complete though!! Went to Keg on 27th and still consistent fermentation with bubbles every 10 seconds... leave for a few more days. 28th, bubbles now every 15 seconds Racked on the morning of the 30th. Into Keg pm of 30th, Dry Hopped and then infused and conditioned at 12 PSI
