4294 Grains Mash Start at 1.05pm Rested after showered Boil started at 6.50pm 20 July moved to 18 degrees for two days... on Wednesday 22 July drop 3 degrees Celsius each day down to 2 degrees. Lager at 2 degrees for 2 weeks at 12 PSI after racking the beer while at 3 degrees then drop to 2 degrees for lagering Racked at 3 degrees on Monday 27 June. All very smooth, loads of potential on this one!
